We have received several inquiries regarding the “Green House” located directly to the south of the White Bear Lake Armory.

The property was purchased by an independent party in 2022 and is being held for the WBLAHS for up to 3 years as we develop plans for the history center at the Armory.

At the time of the purchase, the house was in poor condition. It was briefly considered to move the structure to a new location to “save” it, but the building was not stable enough to survive such a move. Over the winter additional concerns arose and it has been determined that the house should be razed sooner rather than later due to safety concerns.

No decisions have been made regarding the future of the property itself.
